Healing isn't just about understanding yourself. It's about helping your mind and body learn a different way of responding to stress so long-term change becomes possible.

From Insight to Lasting Change

Why My Approach is Different

Many of my clients already know why they struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, or people-pleasing. They've read the books, listened to the podcasts, and spent years trying to understand themselves.

Insight matters. But when these patterns have been reinforced for years, they become more than thoughts—they become habits your nervous system has learned.

That's why my work combines insight-oriented therapy with somatic and neuroscience-informed techniques. Together, we help your mind and body experience something different so change doesn't just make sense intellectually—it starts to feel possible.

How We Create Meaningful Change

Every therapy journey is unique, but these are the foundations that guide our work together.

Creating a Life that Feels Sustainable

As those old patterns loosen their grip, we'll build healthier boundaries, greater self-trust, and practical tools so life feels more balanced, connected, and sustainable.

Understanding Your Patterns

We'll explore where your patterns came from, how they helped you adapt, and why they still show up today. Understanding creates compassion—and gives us a place to begin.

Helping Your Nervous System Feel Safe

Stress doesn't just live in your thoughts—it also lives in your body. Together, we'll use somatic and neuroscience-informed techniques to help your nervous system learn it no longer has to stay in survival mode.

Is This Approach Right for You?

✔ You struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, over-thinking, or over-functioning.

✔ You feel things deeply, think about things deeply, or carry things deeply—and you're exhausted from the mental load

✔ You have difficulty slowing down, resting, or being present in your body.

✔ You experience chronic pain, tension, headaches, digestive issues, fatigue, or other mind-body symptoms.

✔ You understand your patterns—maybe you've spent years trying to figure them out—but still feel stuck.

✔ You want therapy that is both practical and deeper than symptom management.

Evidence-Based Approaches

My work is integrative, meaning I draw from different approaches depending on your needs. Rather than following a rigid formula, we'll use the tools that best support your goals, nervous system, and healing process.

Areas I commonly integrate include:

✔ Somatic Therapy

✔ Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

✔ Mindfulness-based therapy

✔ Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT)

✔ Attachment-focused therapy

✔ Psychodynamic / insight-oriented therapy

✔ Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed work

✔ Polyvagal-informed nervous system education

Frequently Asked Questions

What Healing Often Looks Like

Healing often looks less like“fixing yourself” and more like finally feeling able to exhale.

You may find yourself spending less time managing anxiety, second-guessing yourself, or carrying the weight of everyone else’s needs. Instead, there’s more space for rest, joy, self-trust, meaningful relationships, and the things that matter most to you.

Over time, life begins to feel less like survival and more like living.
