Therapy for Trauma &
Childhood Wounds
in Granada Hills, California
And virtually throughout Los Angeles & California
You may have left the past behind, but parts of it are still shaping your life today.
Therapy for adults who are ready to heal from trauma, make sense of old patterns, and create relationships that feel safer, healthier, and more authentic.

Identify with any of these?
✔ You learned to read the room before you learned to listen to yourself.
✔ You grew up believing your needs were "too much," so now you minimize them—even to yourself.
✔ You became the easy child, the helper, the peacekeeper, or the one who held everything together because it felt safer that way.
✔ You still catch yourself trying to earn love, approval, or belonging by being useful, successful, or easy to be around.
✔ You second-guess yourself, apologize for having needs, or wonder if you're asking for too much.
✔ Setting boundaries feels uncomfortable because part of you still worries people will pull away, get upset, or stop loving you.
✔ Compliments are hard to believe, but criticism stays with you for years.
✔ You keep finding yourself in relationships where you're over-functioning, people-pleasing, or carrying the emotional weight for everyone else.
✔ You know logically that you're safe now, but your body still reacts as though you aren't.
These Patterns Make Sense
If you've ever wondered, "Why do I keep reacting this way?" you're not alone.
People-pleasing, over-functioning, staying on high alert, or hiding parts of yourself usually don't happen by accident. They're often ways we learn to stay safe, protect ourselves, or maintain connection when life doesn't feel predictable.
Those patterns may have helped you get through childhood. They just weren't meant to carry you through the rest of your life.
What Therapy Looks Like
Therapy with me is collaborative, conversational, and focused on meaningful change.
Together, we'll understand where your patterns came from without letting them define where you're going. We'll build on the insight you already have, gently challenge the beliefs and survival strategies that no longer fit your life, and help your mind and body practice something different.
My approach combines insight, nervous system work, and practical tools so you can feel more grounded, trust yourself more deeply, and respond to life from a place of choice instead of survival.
